In two mixing bowls combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper and any additional spices you´d like to add.

3

Prepare the plant based milk in another mixing bowls.

4

Toss each cauliflower floret in the flour mix first, then the plant based milk and then in flour again ensuring it's evenly coated on all sides.

5

Heat a pan witg cooking oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the battered cauliflower florets in the skillet, leaving space between each piece to prevent overcrowding.

6

Pan-sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

7

Once the cauliflower is cooked to crispy, remove it from the skillet and transfer it to a mixing bowl. Add your favorite wing sauce and toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated. You can use classic buffalo sauce, barbecue sauce, teriyaki sauce, or any other flavor you prefer.
