Grilled Fish with Tandoori Masala Recipe

 2 Fish fillets
 1 tsp Mild chilli powder
 2 tsp Sweet paprika powder
 1 tbsp Whole or ground cumin
 ½ tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
 1 Clove of garlic
 2 tsp Grated orange zest
 1 tsp Salt
 2 tbsp Yogurt
 1 tsp Lemon juice

In a mortar, grind all spices and mix them together.

Mix with the yogurt and lemon juice.

Rub the fish fillets evenly with the masala spice mixture and marinate for 30 minutes.

Remove excess marinade from the marinated fish fillets and set aside. Place the fish fillets on the grill. After about 2 minutes, rotate them 45 degrees to achieve a nice grill pattern. After another 2 minutes, flip the fillets and repeat the process.

Place the fish fillets in aluminum foil, brush with the remaining marinade, and seal the foil like a package.

Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes on the cooler part of the grill.
