Mayonnaise Recipe (with whole egg)

 1 Whole Egg
 310 g Neutral Oil
 2 tbsp Vinegar
 Salz
 Pfeffer, ground black

Put all ingredients in a mixing beaker. Place the immersion blender at the bottom of the mixing beaker and start mixing slowly. Once the mayonnaise begins to thicken, slowly lift the immersion blender upward until everything is combined.
